A Day in the Life

As a State Manager for our Dermatological Beauty Division in Queensland, you will be a pivotal leader, responsible for driving our commercial success and elevating our brand presence. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will shape and execute the field strategy, directly impacting sales growth across the state. This is a chance to lead a high-performing team and make your mark in the fast-growing dermo-cosmetic space. This role will support a team in Brisbane with some travel to surrounding areas required. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

    Driving Sales Growth: Develop and execute the state field strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets, with a strong focus on both overall state performance and key pharmacy banner groups.

    Leading Your Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail & Education Managers (REMs), fostering a culture of high performance and engagement while monitoring success against clear commercial and educational KPIs.

    Strategic Deployment: Strategically optimize the deployment of your team to maximize market penetration, retailer education, and alignment with our medical detailing priorities.

    Building Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strong strategic relationships with key banner groups and other critical stakeholders, driving collaborative initiatives that secure mutual growth.
