What You Will Learn:

As an Artist Coordination Administrative Assistant, you'll gain invaluable experience in the operational heart of our artist programs within L'Oréal's PPD division. You'll learn firsthand how our artist roster system works, how we manage budgets across multiple brands, and gain insight into the crucial aspects of artist relations. This role offers a strong foundation for future growth within the education or operations side of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and Expense (TnE) Approvals for PPD Brands:
    • Manage the approval process for artist travel and expenses related to salon and store classes.
    • Ensure alignment with company policies and timely processing of all requests.
  • Collaborate with Brand EEMs:
    • Partner with PPD Brand EEMs (Education Executive Managers) to guarantee the accurate application of each brand's TnE guidelines.
    • Collaborate to respect individual brand budgets and prevent overspending.
  • Proactively Manage Budgets:
    • Actively monitor artist-related expenses, identifying potential budget issues or opportunities for savings.
    • Communicate findings and potential issues promptly to the relevant Brand EEMs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary Information:

Zone 2: $42,000- $57,800

Zone 3: $38,200- $52,500
