Senior Manager - Quality Assurance & Automation

Location: Singapore

Geography: North Asia, South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa (NA & SAPMENA)

About the Role:

We are searching for a strategic and driven Senior Manager to lead Quality Assurance & Automation efforts for our NA & SAPMENA region. You will play a critical role in establishing a Center of Excellence for Quality Assurance and driving automation across various IT projects and programs. 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy with a strong emphasis on automation.
• Establish and scale a Technology Factory focused on Test Automation, DevSecOps, and Process Automation.
• Champion DevSecOps adoption and drive maturity across the organization.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in Quality Assurance and Automation.

Project Management & Execution:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Test Automation initiatives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Test Automation Factory, including resource allocation and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to evaluate existing Quality Assurance processes and implement improvements through process optimization, tool adoption, and automation.
• Drive the standardization of tools and processes for Quality Assurance across projects and programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals and automation specialists.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing test automation frameworks (Tricentis Tosca, TestIM, NeoLoad preferred).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Test Management Tools (e.g., QTest) and Low Code No Code technologies (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow Workflow) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in IT/Business Industry, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop, communicate, and execute strategic plans.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CPG/Retail industry.
• Familiarity with AI-driven Test Automation and DevOps.
