Key responsibilities 


 As a Business Administrative Coordinator within L'Oréal Luxe's Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Business Planning team, you will report to the Business Planning Lead, [Manager's Name]. You will be a key support to a small, dynamic team of two, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the strategic planning and execution of key initiatives within L'Oréal Luxe, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will have the opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to streamline processes and improve efficiency in your daily tasks.

 

  • Project Coordination & Administrative Support: Assist in the coordination of strategic business planning projects, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. This includes tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This also includes providing comprehensive administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Client Platform Support: Provide essential support to coordinators working with client platforms Riversand and NPPT/NPLT, including data entry, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Management & SKU Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the marketing team. This includes verifying that SKUs are correctly listed and managing return requests within the NEO system.
  • Marketing Collaboration & Promotion Tracking: Collaborate with the marketing team to track the launch and performance of promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

 The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach and a passion for contributing to a high-performing team. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be essential to identifying and implementing process improvements.

 

  • Prioritization: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Cooperation: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
