A Day in the Life
As an E-Merchandising & CXO Specialist at Kiehl’s you will be a key player in the D2C team. You’ll be immersed in the dynamic world of e-commerce, optimizing Kiehl’s online presence and driving sales growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to enhance the customer experience and maximize Kiehl’s online performance. You will be working on exciting projects and have the chance to make a real impact on the brand's success.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for e-commerce. They are a highly analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They are proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and possess a strong understanding of e-merchandising principles.
