A Day in the Life
As a Social Advocacy and Influence Manager reporting to the Director of Social Advocacy and Influence within the CDMO team, you will be a key player in shaping L'Oréal Canada's social, influencer and PR strategy. You'll work closely with a small, dynamic team of three, collaborating extensively with divisional advocacy and influence leads, brand teams, and external partners like Traackr, Meta, Google, and TikTok. This role offers high visibility across all L'Oréal Canada brands, providing unique opportunities to drive innovation and best practices within a rapidly evolving channel.
