Job Title: Director, Retail Systems & Platform Management

What You Will Do
The Director, Retail Systems & Platform Management (LUXE) will be accountable for the development and implementation of new WOW processes & systems as well as manage existing business critical platforms (Allwork, Talent Force, One Retail, Freelance management, etc). The individual will also serve as an expert to the Luxe brands field sales community on issues related to change management, end use adoption, compliance, training, system data integrity.
This would include, but would not be limited to, the following accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities
• Act as the Product Owner, develop business management systems, and see them through the training, adoption, and compliance of the retail field teams.
• Luxe liaison between global & US regarding global retail tools initiatives.
• Luxe liaison between global & US regarding global retail tools initiatives; primary US liaison for all Beauty Tech programs.
• Lead implementation of systems and new processes at the divisional level to support all brands across the Luxe division.
• Oversee the relationship between vendors and Luxe for critical platforms including, but not limited to: Talent Force, Allworks, etc.
• Create and implement operational guidelines and procedures and oversees a wide array of retail digital platform solutions.
• Oversee highly visible and complex projects to ensure a smooth implementation and post-implementation ways of working
• Identify and develop new programs to enhance field experience, financial reporting and to ensure proper compliance
• To make viable recommendations on the directional growth and improvements of designated business solutions.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: 138,500 - 200,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
