What You Will Do:

  • Manage and direct all engineering services and support activities to execute the technical strategy for facilities and engineering. This includes the development and implementation of a capital investment strategy based on business needs and the voice of the customer. 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Minimum Five (5) years working in Advanced Manufacturing, Equipment Design, Robotics, Applied
  • Must be knowledgeable of facilities and equipment design and be able to plan and support all details related to the execution phase of projects including mechanical, electrical installation, and permits for construction.
  • Engineering, Facilities Management, Automation or other manufacturing environment requiring a strong technical background. Demonstrated successful project management and delivery capital projects for manufacturing equipment.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Lean/Six Sigma environment is a plus.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 is a plus. 
  • Strong AutoCAD experience is a plus
