Mission:

To drive the sustainable growth of the LDB portfolio by optimizing promotional efficiency, elevating in-store visibility, and future-proofing the pharmacy channel. You will lead the "Pharma Forward" transformation while managing the financial health of the business through robust RGM practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promo Planning

  • Annual Calendar: Build and manage the promotional master plan across all brands, aligning marketing launches with commercial windows in pharmacies/parapharmacies.
  • Mechanics Optimization: Design pharmacy-specific promo mechanics (e.g., Gift-With-Purchase, bundle offers, price-offs) that drive "Sell-out" without eroding brand equity.
  • Forecasting Coordination: Partner with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability for peak periods

2. Visibility & Trade Marketing (Retail Excellence)

  • POS Strategy: Adapt global visibility guidelines to local pharmacy constraints. Ensure the "Medical Look" of our brands is respected.
  • Dermo-Center Leadership: Drive the implementation of specialized Dermo-skincare zones/shelving units within key accounts to boost category authority.
  • Animation & Merchandising: Oversee the creation and deployment of POSM. Manage relationships with local vendors for displays and window branding.

3. Revenue Growth Management

  • Pricing Architecture: Conduct regular pricing audits to ensure LDB maintains its competitive "Prescription Leader" positioning.
  • Promo ROI: Analyze the effectiveness of promotions. Shift spending away from low-performing discounts toward high-ROI visibility or service-led activities.
  • Gross-to-Net Management: Control the "leaks" between list price and net price. Monitor commercial terms and discounts to protect the division’s profitability.
  • Mix Management: Drive growth in high-margin categories to improve the overall P&L.

4. Pharma Forward & Training (Channel Transformation)

  • Pharma Forward Lead: Drive the "Pharma Forward" agenda—modernizing local pharmacies by encouraging digital transformation
  • Scientific Detailing for Staff: In a small market, you lead the education of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants. Ensure they have the scientific knowledge to recommend the right LDB protocols .
  • Training Programs: Organize and deliver training sessions on skin pathologies (Acne, Eczema, Anti-aging) and product science, turning pharmacists into brand advocates.

Professional Profile:

  • Experience: 8+ years in a commercial/trade marketing role within Dermo-cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG. Experience in a mid-size country is a plus, as it proves your ability to be hands-on.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with Excel, P&L management, and ROI analysis (RGM).
  • Influencing Skills: You can negotiate with tough pharmacy owners while simultaneously inspiring a team of pharmacy assistants through training.
  • Agility: You can pivot from a strategic meeting about pricing to a field visit to install a shelf unit.
  • Education: Degree in Business or Pharmacy (a hybrid background is ideal)
