Professional Profile:
- Experience: 8+ years in a commercial/trade marketing role within Dermo-cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG. Experience in a mid-size country is a plus, as it proves your ability to be hands-on.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with Excel, P&L management, and ROI analysis (RGM).
- Influencing Skills: You can negotiate with tough pharmacy owners while simultaneously inspiring a team of pharmacy assistants through training.
- Agility: You can pivot from a strategic meeting about pricing to a field visit to install a shelf unit.
- Education: Degree in Business or Pharmacy (a hybrid background is ideal)
