You will...
- Be the link between Marketing and Sales, converting brand plans and activations into tailored commercial offers and channel-specific animations.
- Plan and execute promotions such as discounts, bundles, cycle deals, and monthly activations to drive sell-out performance while collaborating with the Business Planning Manager to ensure alignment with sell-through strategies.
- Manage the B2B Commercial Calendar, working closely with Marketing teams to ensure alignment; Sales Folder and Cycle Book to support the commercial team.
- Conduct post-promotion analyses to understand performance, identify what worked (or didn’t), and recommend improvements for future activations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the FMCG, retail, or beauty industry.
- Strong skills in promotion planning, data analysis, and channel activation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
