We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive and lead marketing mix strategies, adapt global brand strategies to local markets, and ensure flawless execution of product launches within our Professional Products Division!
You will...
- Drive and lead marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) :
- Adapt global brand strategies / dossier to resonate with local consumers (Collaborate with CMI on the market insights, social listening)
- Adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales) (Coordinate with Zone & DMI regarding artwork, digital assets, contents, activation plan, 360 marketing plan)
- Coordinate with STRAD team to get BPOM registration: submit PAD and ensure artwork 100% registered
- Collaborate with commercial team (offline & online) regarding: Units & value (ensure incorporate sizing in SISO/validation), Salon merchandising, E-comm visibility, Promotional plans, LSS, create SO program
- Managing A&P Budget, calculate on the budget needed for merch, GWP/PLV
- Collaborate with Supply Chain/Demand Planning team regarding:
- Fostering collaborative with media, digital & advocacy team
- Collaborate with Education team (product testing, service concept & menu, FGD with hairdressers and consumer, create brief for education team's TTT)
- Create selling kit (sales presenter, seeding kit for KOL/POL/Affiliate, TSP, Commercial, Education)
2. Monitoring performance of the SKU’s
3. Ensure flawless execution on the launch execution (pop party/pre sales in regions, grand launch, pop up in head office)
