About Travel Retail

Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Retail & Digital Marketing Manager leads the go-to-market strategy for the brands in Travel Retail, defining 360 plans consistent with the international brand positioning and the business’ priorities.

 

  • Role will report to Marketing Director
  • The overall mission: 
    1. Define and steer the Retail Strategy to deliver excellence in: on-counter elements, visuals & planograms
    2. Orchestrate on & offline brand activations which may include: OOH media, digital media, off-counter podiums, GWPs
  • Scope & Responsibilities
    1. Retail (permanent): PLV & visuals strategy management, planograms, opening & refit guidelines.
    2. Retail (temporary): in partnership with Retail Design, define and coordinate animation podiums from concept development to execution, to performance assessment.
    3. Manage/ own/ oversee Gift with Purchase, samples, forecast, mechanics & on-counter implementation.
    4. Media: coordinate the execution of media campaigns (online & offline)
    5. Digital: support digital initiatives such as Beauty Tech / Digital devices for Retail & Animation/ My Beauty Club

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in related field (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Management, Events, Digital, Retail Execution)
  • Creative & strategic thinker with strong project management skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, PowerBI, Planograms tools.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish, Portuguese and/or French is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in Beauty Industry Preferred 
  • Soft Skills:  Project management, Communication, Prioritization, Manage complexity, demonstrates entrepreneurship.
