To further strengthen the presence of our brands at our Benelux e-commerce retailers, we are looking for an E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager. This role is part of the Luxury Products Division. Known for its brands such as Armani, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Biotherm and many others. We are looking for someone with passion for e-commerce, sales and beauty. The team

As E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager you will be part of a team that is fully focused on our Indirect E-commerce clients. You will report to the Head of E-commerce Luxe, who reports to the Commercial Director of the division. The team is dedicated to accelerating our online sales by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations.

The role

As E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager you will drive the profitability, growth and partnership of our online Pure Players portfolio. As part of our ecommerce team, you will develop and execute a plan to increase sales in close collaboration with our marketing, corporate and international teams.

Your main responsibilities

In this unique and strategic position, you are both the E-commerce specialist for our Luxury Products Division and the Account Manager for the pure players. Your main responsibilities are:


On E-commerce:

  • Understanding the E-Commerce landscape and set up of critical KPI’s
  • Profitable growth strategy, with new key accounts for pure players
  • To be the e-commerce specialist in the market (up-to-date knowledge)
  • Building sustainable relationships with our customers, in an innovative way
  • Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve consumer journey
  • Explore new online business with our Luxe sales team
  • Strong collaboration with our international teams in Paris and other countries across Europe


On Account Management:

  • Take full control to combine our and the client’s interest, to create a sustainable growth strategy and execution
  • Able to use data to develop & innovate: use data to measure, anticipate, reinforce business
  • Defines a yearly plan of animation to increase sales in collaboration with marketing teams and executes the action plans with excellence
  • Responsible for commercial objectives and planning
  • Responsible for yearly commercial negotiations
  • Track and trace the sales parameters of the job (E.G. turnover, forecasting, etc.)


Your profile

We are looking for talents with a passion for E-Commerce and client relations. You have strong commercial and interpersonal skills. You are analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial. You care at ease in an international and dynamic work environment. You are results oriented, pro-active and complex challenges motivate you. You like to work in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of quality.

You have:

-          A bachelor and/or masters degree in a relevant field

-         2 - 6 years of relevant work experience

-          Perfect comprehension of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken. French is a pre.

-          Passion for e-commerce and/or digital and a strong affinity with the dynamics of FMCG and Beauty

-          The ability to effectively coordinate complex processes and a diversity of stakeholders

-          An entrepreneurial mindset
