E-Commerce Key Account Manager Pure Players

To further strengthen the presence of our brands at our Benelux e-commerce retailers, we are looking for an E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager. This role is part of the Luxury Products Division. Known for its brands such as Armani, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Biotherm and many others. We are looking for someone with passion for e-commerce, sales and beauty. As E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager you will be part of a team that is fully focused on our Indirect E-commerce clients. You will report to the Head of E-commerce Luxe, who reports to the Commercial Director of the division. The team is dedicated to accelerating our online sales by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations.
As E-Commerce (Key) Account Manager you will drive the profitability, growth and partnership of our online Pure Players portfolio. As part of our ecommerce team, you will develop and execute a plan to increase sales in close collaboration with our marketing, corporate and international teams.
Your main responsibilities
In this unique and strategic position, you are both the E-commerce specialist for our Luxury Products Division and the Account Manager for the pure players. Your main responsibilities are:

You care at ease in an international and dynamic work environment. You are results oriented, pro-active and complex challenges motivate you. You like to work in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of quality.
- A bachelor and/or masters degree in a relevant field
- 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience
- Perfect comprehension of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken. French is a pre.
- Passion for e-commerce and/or digital and a strong affinity with the dynamics of FMCG and Beauty
- The ability to effectively coordinate complex processes and a diversity of stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial mindset
