What You Will Do:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to manage and elevate our consumer engagement strategies and increase SOI. This role is central to driving consumer insights, developing impactful A&I campaigns, and fostering strong relationships within the beauty industry influencers. Must be passionate about influencers in the beauty space and active on social media across IG, TT and YT.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Insights & Strategy: Drive consumer A&I communications, contribute to campaign brainstorming and provide strategic program support.
  • Influencer & Talent Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of consumer influencer engagement, including sourcing (alongside our agency partner), vetting, contract negotiation, payment processing and trend monitoring (utilizing platforms like Traackr). Oversee influencer content for edits and brand guidelines.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Lead the day-to-day management of the social media channel for L’Oréal Professionnel Edu, encompassing content strategy, creation and liaising with the DMI to share brand package assets. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Act as the lead for comprehensive campaign tracking and reporting, providing actionable insights.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate mailer fulfillment, provide event support, manage PR point-of-contact duties, and oversee Values Match submissions.

 

What We Are Looking For::

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience developing, managing and growing a brand’s influencer program, social media platforms and PR
  • Solid understanding of influencer measurement and social media analytics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to adapt and pivot based on data and brand needs 
  • Passion for the best-in-beauty influencers and active daily on social media 
  • Creative, innovative thinker 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving priorities 
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Knowledge of social media and influencer best practices and legal guidelines
