What You Will Do:
The Growth Marketing Manager is a key member of the SkinCeuticals US Marketing team with a focus on B2B growth driving initiatives for the Professional channel. This talent is responsible for all growth and innovation projects to grow the Flagship, SkinLab and Corporate Accounts channel at SkinCeuticals. With over 300 locations across the US, these locations offer diverse skin care services that include, but are not limited to, skin consultations, chemical peels, medical facials, cryotherapy, hydrafaicals, micro needling, microdermabrasion and more. Reporting into the Director of Growth Marketing and working closely with the Business Development Sales VP the Growth Manager will develop and execute plans to support YOY growth of these top customers through a range of strategic priorities. S/he liaises closely with cross functional teams including brand marketing, sales, digital/ecommerce, PR/Social and medical affairs to accomplish program objectives. This role is a hybrid of marketing and sales and digital, requiring you to work closely with teams, build relationships with doctors and support in-office staff to drive the overall success of the business.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $98,400-$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
