Description:

The Manager of B2B and Field Marketing Services will develop, plan and execute marketing programs and tools in support of skinbetter’s physician dispensed B2B physician and medical aesthetician customers and the Aesthetic Business Managers (ABM) that call on and support them. These programs include management of the customized marketing request program, merchandising and new account packages, campaign and promotion support, maintenance of LDB.com and other B2B-facing resources and tools.

Assist in management of and execution against the multi-channel B2B Marketing Calendar across digital, education, Strategic Sales Representative team and field salesforce.

This role will interface frequently with customers and our professional sales team and will require a high level of professionalism and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as resource and Marketing touch point for day-to-day salesforce and B2B customer needs.
  • Concept, develop, present and implement B2B campaigns and programs.
  • Manage Field Marketing Request Program process and deliverables.
  • Assess and optimize B2B promotional offers and new account merchandising and selling packages.
  • Update and maintain key cross-functional B2B planning calendars and tools (ldb.com, Docebo, HighSpot).
  • Service and support top B2B accounts, in partnership with field sales team.
  • Assist in development and management of B2B-facing collateral and in-office marketing assets (brochures, merchandising, videos, promotional pull through materials, etc).
  • Partner with Medical Relations team for industry tradeshow planning and design.
  • Assist field Education team with marketing materials and event budget planning and tracking.
  • Analyze, track and report on B2B program performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of marketing experience. Trade/customer marketing experience helpful.

Experience in the medical dispensed skincare landscape, or working with medical offices, a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Project Management and problem-solving skills.

Customer service mindset.

Experience collaborating with field-based sales team preferred.

Up to 15% travel expected.

Demonstrated level of professional maturity required to regularly interface with senior level healthcare professionals and a seasoned sales team.

 

Salary Range: $90k- $115k + Bonus
