Got what it takes? We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager in our Luxury Products Division in Oslo.

Your mission...

Your role is to lead our field team in Norway together with the National Sales Manager.

Your key job accountabilities...

  • Develop and set up an area sales strategy to reach objectives 
  • Ensure brand development, using designed and suitable business and marketing plans 
  • Develop strong professional relationships with key customers
  • Recruit, lead and develop teams on the field such as sales consultants and Beauty Advisors
  • Work side by side with the team on store events and departments store activities
  • Achieving or exceeding store sales budgets and follow up of retail KPI’s 
  • Identify store employees’ education needs, and motivate, coach and develop all team members
  • Report sales needs and field intelligence to brand teams
  • Responsible for regular store activity follow ups and inventory management
  • Set the overall in-store event plan for the division and secure bookings with the team 

Your profile...

  • You have proven documented sales results
  • You have leadership experience or leadership qualities that you would like to develop
  • You have proven documented sales results and previous team leadership experiences
  • You are result driven, solution oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • You have a structured way of working, you are well organized and efficient in your work 
  • You enjoy working with people and teams
  • You are enthusiastic and able to create a motivated and well working sales team 
  • You are sales focused and have a strong sense and understanding of selling luxury products
  • You are a strong communicator and have good coaching skills
  • You preferably have experience from the cosmetic industry or similar retail business

The employment is a maternity cover from April 2023 until March 2024, but we are interested in candidates who can develop into another opportunity internally if we find the right fit.  We are reviewing applications and inviting for interviews on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply!
