What You Will Learn:
The Regional Education Manager will play a critical role in elevating the impact and influence of Regional Educators in the Professional Products Division. This role requires a deep understanding of the professional beauty landscape, expertise in educational approaches, and a demonstrated history of being an exceptional educator and facilitator. In addition to possessing proven success in coaching and developing high-performing teams, the ideal candidate will serve as a role model and mentor, embodying the highest standards of educational delivery and brand representation. This role will directly contribute to the growth and development of our Regional Educators, ensuring excellence in their representation of our brands and their delivery of exceptional education experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Education (30%)
Management of Regional Educators (70%)
