REWARDS MANAGER

As the Reward Manager responsible for Compensation and Global Mobility you will support our Reward and Global Mobility programmes across the UK & Ireland. Your role is key in supporting our People strategy of attracting and engaging the best people. You will be a member of the Total Reward team reporting into the Head of Rewards for the UK & Ireland. 


A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the annual compensation cycle, including:

    Managing the planning and governance of the salary and bonus review process

    Running the Share Incentive Plan across the UK and Ireland

    Submitting salary survey data, analysing results and building relevant internal salary structures

    Leading the job levelling process with HR and senior managers

    Participating in the updating of policies and improvement of processes

    Driving the annual gender pay gap analysis

    Provide market insights and policy advice to HR and senior management

    Coordinate global mobility processes for both inbounds and outbounds:

    Work with the different HR stakeholders to build offers

    Coordinate and monitor quality of destination services throughout the assignment life-cycle

    Manage expatriation costs: from forecasting of costs, to the management of invoicing and purchase orders

    Lead annual cycles including tax returns, and updating of housing and school budgets

    Provide advice to stakeholders on international mobility processes and policies, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations

    Lead ad hoc projects to support L’Oreal’s HR transformation
