WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Omnichannel Commercial Director of L’Oréal Professional Products Division Turkey, you will be responsible for driving the Division’s commercial excellence and accelerating growth across all channels — professional salons, e-commerce, selective retail, and distributors.
You will lead a diverse and dynamic sales organization, shaping the commercial strategy that bridges our professional heritage with our digital future.
Your mission: to build the most customer-centric and high-performing omnichannel business in the professional beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
Accelerate the integration of offline and online ecosystems, ensuring seamless consumer journeys and data-driven business decisions.
Build long-term partnerships with key salon groups, distributors, marketplaces, and retail accounts, driving win-win growth and sustainable relationships.
Partner closely with Marketing, Education, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain Digital to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Leverage analytics, CRM insights, and sell-out data to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.
