To help us growing our bets asset, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition professional to recruit junior talents for our different divisions, targeting candidates whose skills, values, and potential correspond to L’Oréal’s requirements; ensure their integration and development within the Group.

Role:

  • End to end junior recruitment processes:
    • Participate in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles with hiring managers.
    • Manage assessments processes according to L’Oréal principals and conduct qualitative interviews.
    • Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, continuous feedback and create a pipeline.
    • Coordinate administrative tasks as internship agreements.
  • Campus Management:
    • Create an attractive campus strategy to identify and engage young talent.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, scheduling recruiting and inspiring events.
    • Come up with innovative proposals to generate an inspiring experiences.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Develop and promote L’Oréal's employee value proposition (EVP).
    • Spread our sense of purpose in all forums and channels.
  • Other:
    • Complete recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement in terms of profiles and processes.
    • Collaborate on international plans and pilot projects.
