Your Mission:

Drive the evolution of L’Oréal Professionnel and Kerastase professional product portfolio within the Estonian market. Be the Ambassador – the educator, word-spreader, service provider and a business partner for the best hairdressers and saloons in Estonia.

Your responsibilities:

  • Builds and leverages relationship with existing and potential clients;
  • Identifies the potential top target clients;
  • Develops and executes monthly plans for client visits;
  • Delivers information to clients about brand products, benefits, services, activities and unique professional tools;
  • Achieves monthly targets, monitors KPI’s on monthly basis;
  • Contributes to various professional activities in support of the education.

Your skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
  • Passionate in building relationship with clients;
  • Good listener, presenter and a win-win situation finder;
  • Background in cosmetic product industry or related will be considered as advantage;
  • Category B driver’s license and ability to travel on the daily basis;
  • Fluent in Estonian and English
