Required work experience:
15+ years of demonstrable experience managing build and delivery of large, complex data & analytics use cases

Preferred profile/ skills:

  • 10 years of strong experience/ knowledge of data and analytics use case implementations, and at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • is mandatory
  • Self-initiated with high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create structure. Ability to work in a team in an agile setting will be required
  • Strong team/ people management and development skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with an ability to thrive in a multi-cultural team; collaboration will be needed across multiple data teams
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement incl. CXOs
  • Skilled in influencing for positive outcomes
  • Strong product mindset
  • Proven experience in managing vendor partner relationships and delivery of use cases in an offshore delivery/ services model
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, even while handling crisis situations
  • Ability to adapt, and think ‘out of the box’
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications will be preferred
  • Working knowledge of Python, DevOps and MLOps
  • Scrum/ Agile certifications will be a plus
Prior experience in a similar regional position / role will be a plus

Job objectives:

Based on the business demands: he/ she plans, organizes, manages, and follows up internal/external resources to deliver use cases within the defined standards, budget, deadlines, and quality requirements.

Job description:

  • Acts as a proactive business partner, develops business relationships acting as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) on a set of use cases
  • Participates in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives for the use case(s)
  • Defines and monitors plan, budget, KPIs and metrics, activities, methodologies, resources, and responsibilities' allocation (internal/ external)
  • Manages team and team members’ responsibilities incl. development
  • Coordinates and integrates the different contents and deliverables to ensure the overall consistency and coherence of the designed solution
  • Defines implementation strategy of the use case(s) and supervises the change management activities incl. training, user support and communication
  • Defines and organizes use case(s) steering activities, advises and reviews overall plan and status routinely
  • Tracks use case(s) risks and decides on corrective measures and/ or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs
  • Manages the allocated internal/ external resources including third parties’ activities (incl. vendor partners)
Prepares the use case(s) delivery and the knowledge transfer for RUN (Business as Usual services) in close collaboration with the operating/ service delivery teams
