What You Will Do:
The Store - Sr Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing the top line revenue stream of the PPD Brands by driving sales in SalonCentric stores and increasing market penetration in partnership with the Director of Business Development. The Store- Sr Business Development Manager will partner with the Director of Business Development, the Store- Sr Business Development Team, Store Education and Omni BOLD Teams on strategic initiatives with respect to in-store activations, product launches, promotions, internal/external customer education and digital initiatives. This role will partner and collaborate with SalonCentric business partners to strengthen the relationships of the PPD Brands with SalonCentric and our stylist community. The Store- Sr Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales performance within their assigned Region, developing brand strategies and championing brand resources to gain incremental growth. The Store- Sr Business Development Manager will foster omni-channel partnerships with the Street team within their assigned Region to ensure consistency with the PPD Brands across all channels.
