You Will
Responsible for leading strategic initiatives that optimize pricing, promotions, and overall profitability. This role plays a critical part in enhancing revenue by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to pricing strategies, promotion management, pack price architecture, and trade terms. The RGM Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth and ensure pricing consistency.

You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field
• Deep understanding of pricing strategies and revenue growth management principles
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Detail-oriented and result driven
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with an ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or similar industries is a plus
