JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
STRATEGIC PLANNING:
- Collect & analyze consumer, market insights / competitors and sales data to define marketing plan to to make recommendations to management
- Develop and lead assigned campaign strategy & planning to achieve business objectives.
CHANNEL EXECUTION
- Channel activity planning
- Take responsibilities for assigned product launch in collaboration with online & offline channel, education, demand planning: Promotion scheme (bundle, minisize, GWP/ O+O activities/ POS development)
BRAND COMMUNICATION
- Define campaign communication idea is relevant with local customer insights and brand equity
- Take ownership for IMC, A&P of assigned franchises/launches to drive sales & build brand love/equity
- Coordinate with Media, Advocacy, Retail, Education & Merchandising for consumer/retail excellence to achieve outstanding visibility, brand image, key message and service
2. DAILY TASK
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Forecast & analysis ownership for own product to deliver Sales Out target.
TRADE MAXIMIZATION:
- Collaboratively works with KAMs to create account specific promo plans (display + flyer)
- Manage Category PLV Budget
- BA education document & keep track with Edu team
- Planogram keep track with Merchandising
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in Assistant Brand Manager with FMCG background. Beauty lover is preferred
