To develop the business through retail sales and education strategy

-    Build and implement sales strategy with supplemental education plan to drive sales growth in country. Set and manage sales target.  

-    Plan promotion and all instore activities in retail channel with the purpose to improve customers’ experience and drive sale.

-    Consolidate business analysis results to initiates retail growth action plans.  Identify business opportunities to maximize retail performance.

-    Forecast stock needed to drive selling. Ensure proper counter maintenance, merchandising execution and counter replenishment, agencies.

-    Advise Brand Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship.  Negotiate with retailer to maximize business opportunity.

-    Ensure key doors development as well as their market share and image; leverage designated and suitable business and marketing plans. 

-    Become a key factor in the brand team between different departments: Marketing (ex: animations policies), Management (ex: prices, P&L), Logistics (ex: MAD products), Customer Service (ex: orders), Design (ex: projects in stores) and Training

-    Oversee retail BA population on recruiting, onboarding and retention plans. Monitor BA turnover rate. 

-    Manage and coach Counter Managers. Take corrective measures to strengthen their performances. Motivate and develop Senior CM/ Regional Retail Manager. 

-    Identify BA strength & weakness to develop training strategy to improve BA productivity.

-    Supervise and support BA training.  Ensure sufficient budget to support BA development activities.


-    Sensitivity to the métier (cosmetics) and affinity with fashion and luxury products.

-    Leadership skills (experience in management, motivating and coaching).

-    Passion for education.

-    Excellent presentation and communication skills

-    Networking skills and people & service oriented

-    Good business and analytical skills 

-    University degree.
