    Fully integrate digital marketing into the brand teams, build online ecosystem for Marketing team

    Support for Brand Marketing team to optimize on Digital media investment, e-content…to support on the growth ambition of E-Commerce.

    Drives social engagement through influencers, content and presence on relevant social platforms

     Digital is heart of L’Oréal Marketing so there are a lot of investment in term of budget support for this channel and Ecommerce is defined a growth driver. This position will have big room to play, to perform. And as digital is very integrated with brand, so the shift to Brand marketing is also possible


    Ensure strong A+ content

    Creating SEO optimization & SEM 

    Drive Try & Review with efficient results

    Micro influencer management

    Cascade from total campaign integrated marketing campaign (IMC) to customer IMC by customers (what is launch program on Lazada, Tiki, online BS…)

    Provides data-driven consumer insights, analysis, segmentation…on digital topics 


    Digital savvy

    At least 4 years of experience on digital media, ecommerce, rising channel of online

    Consumer / Customer center thinking

    Beauty category understanding, passion is a PLUS
