- Manage Counter Manager, Beauty Advisor field team to drive for sales KPI & retail excellence
- Build the sales building blocks and forecasts
- Be the voice of the field to the office team to support
- Be the retailer partner to get the best visibility & support for our brands
REQUIREMENTS:
- Retail management background
- Strong retail ops knowledge
- Analytical, strong KPI business driven
- People management to build strong field team
