What You Will Do:
The Director of Omni Education Development supports assigned Brands as a pivotal extension, enabling the successful implementation and optimization of their existing education strategies across all SalonCentric and State RDA business channels.
You will contribute to cohesive education plans, aligning with Brand objectives and Distributor partner business models. This includes programming for Store, In-Salon, Digital platforms, and Market Events, ensuring a clear PPD Education learning journey for the stylist community and field sales teams. You will ensure assigned brands are well-communicated, given appropriate space, and a fair share of voice within national education strategies and PPD discussions with internal and external partners, including SalonCentric (Street, Store & Franchise) and State RDA, helping them achieve the right presence in PPD meetings and facilitating as needed.
The Director will drive the execution of the Omni Education vision, focusing on process optimization, data-supported guidance, and providing ROI benchmarks to support Brands and all channels. While the brands retain ultimate strategy ownership, you will collaborate closely with various internal and external teams (Omni Operations, Learning & Development, Business Development, PPD Brand Education, Training, Marketing, CRM, LEVEL Loyalty, Access, Shows & Events, Distributor Education, Sales, and Marketing teams, Beautista and IBeAuthentic) to ensure appropriate programs are executed and deployed. You will be the primary contact for Brand and Distributor partners regarding education deployment, communications, and productivity towards goals.
Additionally, you will lead key Transformation and Divisional initiatives, fostering operational excellence. This involves collaboration with the key cross functional teams, developing strategies to amplify PPD Education through SOPs, communications, and marketing for field teams and customers. You will also be responsible for training and development of internal assigned Brand Education teams to enhance the accuracy of the Education booking process and data output via the LEVEL platform and SalesForce Education Management System, evolving ways of working with cross-functional partners, and assessing progress with recommended adjustments to advance efforts
