MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- E-Content & Digital Assets: Ensure high-quality A+ Content (enhanced product descriptions) across all platforms to drive conversion. Lead SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to maximize brand visibility.
- E-Commerce Integration: Cascade the total IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) strategy into specific Customer IMC plans. Tailor launch programs and activations for specific e-retailers such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, and Online BS (Beauty Stores).
- Media Optimization: Support the Brand Marketing team in optimizing digital media investments, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to brand equity and E-commerce sales.
- Advocacy & Engagement: Drive Try & Review programs to generate authentic consumer feedback. Manage the Micro-influencer ecosystem to build social proof and community engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide deep-dive analysis, consumer segmentation, and digital trend reports to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Ecosystem Building: Develop and maintain the brand’s online ecosystem, ensuring a seamless consumer journey from social discovery to e-commerce purchase.
REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
- Experience: Proven experience in Digital Media, E-commerce, or Online Marketing.
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of the "Rising Channels" of online commerce and social media.
- Mindset: Strong Consumer/Customer-Centric thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Expertise: Familiarity with digital performance metrics, e-retailer algorithms, and content optimization.
- Industry Passion: Understanding of the Beauty category is a significant plus.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Lazada Solutions/Shopee Ads consoles, and social listening tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and collaborate across multi-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Tech).
- Agility: A "Test & Learn" mindset to quickly adapt to the ever-changing algorithms of e-commerce platforms.
