Product Manager CPD Coloration (L’Oréal Paris & Garnier)

Then joining L’Oréal Consumer Products Division Marketing Structure, in the role of “Product Manager” might be the opportunity that you’ve been looking for!
Now we are looking for a Product Manager able to fully embrace Marketing at the Digital age.
Be accountable to preserve and develop the Equity of the brands under scope.
Be obsessed to prepare impactful campaigns either deriving from international materials or from strong local insights, be the media owner, preparing and optimizing the campaigns assets.
Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital) and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
Define the Digital Strategy of your brands and become a guru in Digital Tools.
Be obsessed with advocacy and focus on relevant KPIs to build trust and authenticity of your brands.
Decode U&A’s and rest consumer researches to core brand building actions steps.
Propose disruptive strategies & affect decision making.
Deep dive on your product métier and own your brand portfolio.
Have A&P budget and P&L responsibility.
Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors.
Track, measure, and report performance of your assigned brands.
Master’s degree in business management
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing
Previous beauty experience will be considered a plus
Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
