Four our Luxe division we're looking for an experienced KAM who'll be responsible of the following main activities:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Develop, oversee, and provide dedicated support to the assigned Client, in strict alignment with the overarching strategies of the Brands and Categories we represent. You will hold a pivotal role in negotiating with brick-and-mortar channel partners, serving as the primary liaison for your designated Brand/Category.
- Consumer-Centric Business Planning: Collaborate on crafting an annual business plan that places the consumer at the core. This plan should encompass the growth drivers required to attain brand objectives, including sell-in, sell-out, and market share, while also ensuring the profitability of Brands within the account.
- High-Stakes Negotiations: Actively participate in negotiations with retailers/clients on critical product launches, spatial allocation, prime positioning, and inventory management. This includes executing agreements and maintaining vigilant oversight of brand development at the category level.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster and develop strategic alliances and robust relationships with trade marketing teams, effectively representing all Brands and Categories within the assigned client portfolio.
- Brand Expansion Initiatives: Define comprehensive plans for Brand expansion, encompassing the opening of new retail outlets and the launch of new Brands. Additionally, set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for promotional activities within the assigned client base.
- Results-Driven Implementation: Co-manage trade activities and diligently track the return on investment for promotional initiatives and animations. This is crucial to facilitate the ongoing growth of the account.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee stock agreements with trade partners and diligently monitor contracts and invoices associated with the brand.
- Holistic Account Coordination: Orchestrate all key account stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal departments to align retailer/client activities across sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, and the legal department. You will work in tandem with other account managers and retail teams to ensure seamless operations.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales/commercial job with at least one KAM experience
- Successfully managed negotiation with client
- Retailers’ business model knowledge
- Financial skills: P&L Management, ability to deal with data
- Commercial acumen
- Marketing / Trade Marketing previous experience could be a plus
- Knowledge of English and Italian is required
