We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.
•You will manage and develop an account base of new and existing Medical and Aesthetic accounts in your region. You will build long term relationships and execute the commercial plans of the brand in order to achieve and exceed defined revenue, growth and promotional objectives whilst ensuring that brand awareness and all commercial opportunities are maximised.
•Act as a business consultant, establishing and implementing business plans for growth and carrying out regular business reviews, identifying client needs
•Win new business and open new accounts that meet the brands premium criteria
•Establish barriers to entry from competitors
•Achieve targets set by National Sales Manager
•Tailor and deliver education plans in accounts
•Implement marketing activity in accounts
•Identify opportunities for increasing business
•Respond quickly and effectively to client requests
•Ensure customer files are maintained. Complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner, including updating client information
•Develop key opinion leaders in your area
•Maintain an up to date knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence
•Network with colleagues across the Active Cosmetics Division to share best practice
•Support inductions for new colleagues
•Self motivated and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise your time in the field to achieve your KPI’s
•Passionate about the Aesthetics industry and are always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation
•Inspirational, driven and possess a hunter mentality to exceed your goals
•Highly experienced in field management and relish the freedom of working remotely
•Confident at speaking with medical accounts, Doctors, Plastic Surgeon’s and Dermatologist
•A natural relationship builder and keen educator
•A team player who acts with human sensitivity and ethics
•A strong network of medical contacts within private clinics
•A proven sales record backed up by industry recognition and awards
•Experience working in the Aesthetics Industry and/or Dermatology
•Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
•A passion for educating others
