Retail Brand Coordinator at L’Oréal, within the Consumer Products Division

Currently we’re recruiting for a Benelux portfolio manager for one of our divisions at our office in Hoofddorp or Brussels. 


What are you going to do?

I support the retail marketing ‘wing’ with managing the POS process, creating artworks and

other various POS related projects. My focus is on operational excellence and I am 

comfortable to work with many different stakeholders simultaneously. This would be for the Consumer Products Division, in particular the Skincare team).


As a Retail Brand Coordinator you’re (amongst others) responsible for:

• Manages the category-brand POS process

• Supports RBM on artwork production for various POS solutions, in both countries

• Works on POS projects together with RBM, Subco, Supply&Demand and Purchase, in 

order to gain efficiencies and innovate on POS expression

• Supports on GWP management for category, brand or multibrand retail activation

• Supports on event management, and specifically on retailer events or retail related events 

• Responsible for PO management in PPP



Some key goals would include :

• Operational Excellence

• Reduction of average cost of display

• Reduction of POS destruction

• Quality of events

You:

  • Are fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Are in the possession of a Master’s degree
  • Have a clear affinity with Marketing and the dynamics of FMCG
  • Are proactive, have great stakeholder management skills & are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
