As the Nordic Skincare Education Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive retail education strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be the driving force behind elevating the skincare expertise of our beauty advisors, ensuring exceptional consumer experiences, and maximizing sales performance across the region. This strategic leadership position demands a blend of retail education expertise, management capabilities, and a passion for luxury skincare.
