A Day in the Life

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for the accuracy of sales forecasts for Consumer Products division (CPD) for the CZ/HU/SK region, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. You will become a key part of our dynamic Supply Chain team, working closely with the marketing and commercial departments to ensure our products are available to our customers.

In this role, you will:

Create and manage demand forecasts: You will analyze sales data, market trends, and marketing activities to create accurate statistical forecasts.
Collaborate with key departments: You will ensure alignment between forecasts, planned promotional activities, and new product launches.
Optimize inventory: You will monitor and manage inventory levels to achieve the optimal balance between product availability and costs.
Lead the planning process: You will manage the demand planning cycle and actively participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. The ideal candidate has a proactive approach and a proven ability to collaborate successfully within a team and across functions.

You are a great match if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning or a related Supply Chain field.
Possess strong analytical, technical, and social skills.
Are a natural communicator with excellent presentation skills.
Are a natural team player who can juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Possess good PC skills (advanced Excel is a must, SAP is an advantage) and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
