As E-commerce Activation Manager, you are the central link between our Key Account Managers (KAMs), our Brand Teams, and our Retailers. Your mission is to translate PPD’s 'Beautiful Brands' strategies into winning executions across all touchpoints. Acting as the team’s Execution Engine, you are responsible for online multi-brand B2C activations, owning the co-creation of trade plans, the mastery of digital content, and the optimization of the consumer journey. You ensure that every activation is prepared and launched on time to maximize business generation and ROI.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Trade Plan Co-Creation & Execution
- Partner with KAMs and Brand Teams to co-create retailer activation plans (Media, Search, Sampling). Own the campaign timeline to ensure 100% on-time launches and manage media budgets for maximum efficiency.
Content Mastery & Brand Expression
- Drive brand content implementation across retailer platforms. Manage the "Digital Shelf" (visuals, descriptions) and perform regular audits to ensure brand coherence, excellence, and compliance.
UX & Consumer Journey Optimization
- Own the brand's "look and feel" and CX on retailer sites. Monitor the consumer journey to suggest UX improvements that drive conversion and create engaging digital eventing/sampling strategies.
Performance Analysis & Data Proposals
- Analyze web metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) to proactively optimize product placement and media spend. Track competitive activity to ensure "best-in-class" digital executions.
Operational Excellence
- Manage product listings and master data with 100% accuracy to ensure seamless operations. Prepare high-impact reporting and activation summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

- You are an O+O enthusiast who understands that the consumer journey is a seamless loop between the screen and the store shelf.
- You are a strong communicator who can act as the "glue" between sales-driven KAMs, creative brand teams, and external production agencies.
- You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business proposals.
- You are fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.
