Lancôme is more than a brand; it is an invitation to a world of absolute elegance and scientific perfection. Within our global ecosystem, the Lancôme Beauty Institute represents the ultimate expression of this vision—a sanctuary where high-tech performance meets the French "Art de Vivre."
Standing alongside our legendary flagship in Paris and our elite location in China, the Prague Institute is not just a spa; it is a global destination. As the Institute Manager, you are the guardian of this crown jewel on a part-time basis (30 hours/week). You are the conductor of a high-end experience where every detail—from the touch of a therapist to the scent in the air—must be flawless. Your mission is to lead a "temple of beauty" that serves as the gold standard for luxury skincare in Central Europe and beyond.
