We expect that you succeed in:

  • Operational calls with ChA
  • KPI control
  • AP Team meetings
  • One on one meetings  with AP memebers
  • Trainings/Problem solving sessions
  • Daily volumes/workload control + prioritization
  • Quality Check/control (posting samples)
  • Team support on daily basis
  • Process management (emails, calls, ad hoc reports)
  • VAT check control
  • Weekly reports control and chasing
  • GRIR reports control
  • AP ageing control
  • POT control and changes proposal for countires
  • All teams meeting - TR-GL-AP 
  • Month-end-closing coordination (IG)
  • Revaluation + FX



We are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience in SSC/ BPO
  • Experience in People Management
  • Good command of English
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work efficiently in international & virtual team
