- Apply global requirements and strategy within APAC.
- Drive APAC roadmap and strong sense of demand management.
- Be able to communicate to all stakeholders, this includes APAC Zone Business for
different divisions, Brands / Countries GM, APAC IT, Group IT and business teams.
- Be able to communicate on a range of topics from business tasks to infrastructure and
- Participate in shaping the development of the business case, cost model and overall
objectives for digital marketing initiatives in APAC.
- Manage finances and contracts for any vendors which are helping with the
implementation of a project.
- Manage the third party vendor on a daily basis to deliver the project on time and budget.
- Manage the scope and risk of the projects.
- Define and organize project steering activities, advice and review the overall plan and
status of the project.
- Liaise with the local IT digital teams
