  1. Support key APAC IT programs tendering process, and coordinate global IT projects among APAC countries to be in line with Global Purchasing Strategy

    • Provide purchasing support to APAC Zone IT teams located in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore

    • Manage purchasing process for key projects in following domains: Data analytics & integration, Infrastructure, IT Security, Digital IT focused on End to End Consumer Journeys with Omni-channels, Sate-of-the-art Retail IT aiming at creating new retail experiences, Others functional IT for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Purchasing.

    • Negotiates with integrity: coach and challenge teams in terms of negotiation strategy, use innovative negotiation levers; unlock stalemate situation.

    • Operates according to internal control principles and legal rules: develop a competitive advantage (exclusivity, group strategy, innovation, CSR, etc.); negotiate regional, high stake contracts.

    • Evaluates and manages risks: define, identify and implement risk management policy; implement advanced/breakthrough methodologies or tools to secure risk, especially in Digital areas.

    • Manages Performance and Efficiency: be accountable for purchasing performance; formulate improvements for processes and tools; ensure data quality (spend and saving).

  2. Drive Zone IT key stakeholder engagement with clear collaboration mode, animate the stakeholder network

    • Supports and manages stakeholders’ relationships: communicate/manage projects /share suppliers’ information with stakeholders

    • Define a clear collaboration mode with IT stakeholders

    • Influence stakeholders, drive and grow Purchasing Share of Voice among stakeholders.

  3. Set the frame of Supplier Relationship Management in collaboration with IT function and Maximize value from Supplier Relationships

    • Create preferred relationships with strategic suppliers; develop and promote strategic suppliers to sustain growth and maximize value for L’Oreal group.
