What You Will Do:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 360 advertising & marketing, a deep understanding of storytelling across all marketing touchpoints, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing highly successful campaigns.
The candidate will be one of the first to join L’Oreal USA’s in-house creative agency, “L’Agency.” This expert team will service 14 of L’Oreal’s brands within the portfolio, starting with a select few including CeraVe—who dominated the recent Super Bowl, ranking #1 by Adweek, AdAge, Forbes as having the best ad and earning the 2024 Super CLIO Award.
L’Oreal is among the top 10 for advertising spend in the US and the candidate will be able to guide how ideas, media, and more synch together in perfect creative harmony.

Salary Range: $144800-210000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
