KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the department on the administrative work and projects
  • Organize meetings and training events over the years
  • Follow up corporate events having over 400 attendees and senior management
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor budget and expenditure of the department
  • Facilitate the newcomer induction (setting up new transfer files, IT and telephone requests, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in PC usage, MS OFFICE: PowerPoint and Excel is a MUST
  • ability to meet deadlines with autonomy
  • Good planning & organizing skills
  • Good networking skills and senior stakeholder management
