SUMMARY
SalonCentric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Analyst to support our Internal Control function. The role is accountable for developing and maintaining the analytics and EBR (exception-based reporting) primarily supporting the Asset Protection and Brand Equity teams within Internal Control.
The position is expected to develop and perform complex analysis on a regular basis while continuously bolstering the quality of EBR results and innovating the methods by which the data is processed. The analyst will work with large datasets from various sources (Excel, SAP, SQL, Agilence, SalesForce, POS, etc.) supporting the team’s investigations and ongoing pursuit to identify fraud and mitigate loss.
The candidate must be comfortable working with large datasets, have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills. SalonCentric is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn, advance, and be challenged to grow professionally.
