Combine the strategic vision and responsibility for branded CRM initiatives, with the tactical implementation of customer acquisition, cultivation, and retention programs.
•Work with CRM agency to implement proper evaluation of all CRM campaign.
•Provide monthly tracking and analysis on customer data base and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities.
•Recommend the optimized customer targeting for all communications according to historical results and learning.
•Coordinate and Support Marketing team with all matters involving new door openings, special events, VIP week and beauty class etc.
•Assist the Marketing team in developing and utilizing consumer research.
•Work closely with Retail, Training & Brand Operations teams to ensure the most efficient capture of customer information.
•Work closely with internal and external partners to build up a big data system (including online and offline behavior) for various analysis requirements to support OMNI channel strategy
Bachelor degree or above
•Strong data analysis skill with proficiency in the use of SPSS, SQL server database (SQL is a must)
•5 years relevant experience and above, cosmetics industry or FMCG is plus
•Good business acumen
•Good communication skill & data analysis skill
•Overseas experience, educational or professional, is a plus
