The eRetail Media Assistant Manager is responsible for running paid search and display media campaigns hands-on-keyboard and/or with agencies across platforms for ACD Brands: Cerave, La Roche-Posay, Vichy and Dermablend. This involves building, monitoring and optimizing data-driven paid search and display media campaigns, contributing to the strategy with internal stakeholders, partnering with external agencies to ensure the campaign craft is built to achieve business goals, and being hands-on in other related media activation in order to fuel the sales planned for the eRetail channels.
Candidate must have eCommerce experience, have strong analytical, writing and research skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to successfully bring projects to life. Must be a clear communicator, outgoing and able to champion ideas and strategic point of views with internal and external stakeholders. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, curiosity and interest to discover valuable insights, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools, for accuracy and efficiency. Must be interested in developing or sharpening media skill set, eager to learn and be challenged in an ever-changing Retail environment. Understands Media metrics and is excited by the business potential through tactical, efficient retail media strategies.
