A / Main responsibilities
Responsible for growing Sell Out & Sell out (where applicable) on their Brand on their platform ahead of Category
Responsible for detailed day to day Brand Activity plan and execution on Platform (promo, pricing, onsite media)
B / Key Job Accountabilities
- Overview the operation & execution parts of Shopee
- Builds daily activity and resource plan for hero products to deliver Sell Out and Sell In objectives for their brand (on platform traffic, promotion, CEM)
- Analyses performance, execution and ROI of promotions, as well as onsite media budget spending
- Analyses data of store operations and retailer platform
- Delivers the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target.
- Executes activity plan connected to platform engagement
- Planning & optimizing the performance on Shopee to deliver GO/CNS/GMV ambition
- Managing team to deliver the best operation.
- Assist Platform Manager to communicate & handle with external/internal in terms of operation & detail execution.
B / Qualifications, background and experience:
- E-com knowledge with more than 4 years key account management (KAM) experience
- Detail-oriented & good at analysis numbers
- Excellent communicator & negotiator in both Vietnamese & English
