-Data analysis of sales performance and distributors, complete distributor dashboard and scorecard.
-Responsible for distributor rebate calculation and rebate mechanism optimization.
-Research and analyze distributor ROI every quarter and provide improvement plan to commercial team.
-Support commercial GM to tracking sales performance of distributor level.
-Support team leader to improve sales efficiency and enhance sales operation strength to provide a smooth and effective environment for field sales to achieve sales KPIs.
-Support team leader to hold annual distributor & sales meeting, organize distributor related event.
-Independently lead some key sales operation projects
-At least 5 years business experience in sales operation / distributor management related, preferably in FMCG field
-Excellent analysis and planning skill
-Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
-Demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, fast-paced environment
