Location: Hudson Yards (New York City, NY)
Reports to: VP – Revenue Growth Management
Who We Are:
For more than a century, L’Oréal has devoted its energy, innovation, and scientific excellence solely to one business: Beauty. Our goal is to offer each and every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity and responsibility to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.
At L'Oréal Consumers Products, our mission is to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable. Our division holds the world’s #1 beauty brand with L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand with Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand with Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Makeup.
The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at L’Oréal USA is a strategic consulting and analytics group working across the Consumer Products and Dermatological Beauty Divisions. RGM works across brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Essie, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals, and Garnier, amongst others, to help understand market and consumer dynamics and drive profitable growth through pricing and promotional strategy.
Team members come from varying backgrounds including market research, analytics, finance, sales, and marketing but share a focus on making data-driven and business-informed recommendations. Common work includes consulting with upper management on strategic business decisions, discrete choice modeling (Conjoint), promotional ROI analysis, financial modeling, and syndicated data analysis.
This role will focus on managing a team within RGM that focuses on consulting with internal stakeholders (in marketing, sales, finance, and operations) to build profitable growth across all brands and categories with the Consumer Products Division. Topics typically includes pricing strategy across new and existing products, promotion strategy, product/channel mix, and other RGM topics. The AVP will work closely with other RGM leaders and teams in helping to drive forward the broader function in the organization in the US and globally, as well as training and coaching direct reports and junior members across the team.
